In 2003, COREX was a distributor of Gaming Products – from components to peripherals and everything in-between. Through the years, COREX built a strong following within the channel which solidified their position as a market leader in gaming components and peripherals.

In 2012, COREX identified the market as being in a state of evolution and possibly even a technological revolution. This evolution has allowed for the expansion of well positioned manufactures, value added distributors and resellers. There are definite pressures in the B2C market space, which has been driven by commoditisation that has created low barriers of entry. These pressures have had a positive affect by increasing the penetration of technology to the African continent.
